Orders and Delivery
Delivery on tiaras, bags and veils is £2.75 within the U.K.
Delivery on shoes is £5.50 within the U.K
Delivery on dresses is £12 within the U.K.
All postages rates and times quoted are for U.K mainland only. Overseas and Republic of Ireland will vary.
Overseas and Republic of Ireland cannot be sent recorded without extra charge. Please note if ordering from outside the U.K your postage may be higher. You can contact us for a quote
When ordered, if a product is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 48 hours by first class recorded delivery. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
If the new delivery date is not acceptable to you a full refund will be given
If you request that goods being sent are needed sooner that 2-5 days we will contact you. If we can't contact you we will send by special delivery incurring extra cost.
Returns
Goods that are damaged or not as described in our catalogue may be returned for a full refund.
Before returning a good you must e-mail info@princesssparkle.co.uk for a returns number. Returns cannot be accepted without a returns number.
If you change your mind about a item purchased we will refund the cost but cannot pay for return postage.
Items must be returned within seven days unless by special arrangement with Princess Sparkle and with all original labels still attached.
When returning goods to Princess Sparkle it is strongly recommended that the customer uses adequate packaging, and also uses a postal service that insures your package.
Princess Sparkle cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged on return
Please allow at least 7 days to process returns.
Note! Damaged good will be returned to the supplier so may take longer to process a refund
