* All postages rates and times quoted are for U.K mainland only. Overseas and Republic of Ireland will vary.
* Overseas and Republic of Ireland cannot be sent recorded without extra charge. Please note if ordering from outside the U.K your postage may be higher. You can contact us for a quote.
*Please note if a purchase used a promotional free shipping vouchers any monies refunded will be minus the original shiping cost had the voucher not been applied.
* When ordered, if a product is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 72 hours by first class recorded delivery. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If the new delivery date is not acceptable to you a full refund will be given.

* If you change your mind about a item purchased we will refund the cost but cannot pay for return postage.
* When returning goods to Princess Sparkle it is strongly recommended that the customer uses adequate packaging, and also uses a postal service that insures your package. Princess Sparkle cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged on return.
* Please allow at least 7 days to process returns. NOTE! Damaged goods will be returned to the supplier so may take longer to process a refund.
